Taking care of you

You cannot pour from an empty cup, and I have run mine dry more than once. Burnout builds slowly enough that you do not notice until you are already in it. Taking care of yourself is not a reward you get after everything else is handled, it is the thing that makes the rest possible.

If today is one of the very bad days, the episode about the day I almost gave up is down there. You are not the only one.
