I'm feeling completely exhausted

The boys will be leaving to spend the day with my Mom. They're going to be gone for a good portion of the day.

I plan on taking a nap and using the treadmill, but that's about it. I do have a couple of conference calls at some point today, but I don't know when. I have to wait for the phone calls to ring through.

At the moment, I've been up since before 7am. I feel exhausted already and it's only been about three hours.
