This is something that I struggle with quite a bit but this is what I tell myself in the really bad days.. 

I truly hope it helps you to find the strength to make it through those really bad days.. ❤️

Thanks Beth.. I’ve been approached a few times about writing a book but I’m not sure where to even begin with that. I haven’t seen the documentary but I’ll try and look it up.. 🙂

Rob you are the perfect person to raise those boys. Ha you thought of writing a book. Have you seen the documentary autism the musical? It’s really good ans shows you are not alone.

My son doesn’t have Autism, but he does have ADD. This made me tear up reading it, because even we have very difficult days, and I really need to remember this. Thanks for posting. 🙂
