My goal as a special needs parent

When it all boils down to the very basics,  I only really have one goal as a special needs parent.  That goal is to *prepare and introduce my kids to the world and the world to my kids.*

I think that if I can accomplish that,  than my children will be in a better position to enter society and society will be in a better position to receive them.
