Busting the stache, the mustache that is

Before school started, I wrote about Gavin and his new best friend.  That new friend came to live with him when puberty became a part of his life a couple years ago.

This new friend is his mustache.

We were debating whether or not Gavin should shave his mustache for school.  The night before school started, Gavin decided that he should shave it. Shaving it makes him feel grown up.

When Gavin came home from his grandparents today, he came baring a very special present.  He received an electric razor of his very own.  He could  array contain his excitement when he arrived home.

He will be shaving every day and he can't wait to do so. We say our goodbyes to the *porn-stache *and say hello to a clean shaven Gavin.  :-)
