It's been a few months since I published a new video on YouTube. There are a few reasons for this. The first was that I had been waiting for my new phone and the second is that I had been spending my extra focusing on other things.
Anyway, I want to get back to building the channel and what better way to do that than to start things off with a video all about self-care.
