Last week I posted a full review of Mightier. This is a program that helps kids learn to self-regulate and it does so through video games. While this works for any kid, my interest lies in the benefits for kids with Autism.

Mightier was developed and tested at Boston Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School to give kids a safe place to practice emotional regulation, develop coping skills, and build emotional muscle memory they need to help respond to life’s challenges.
