Elliott wasn't easy to work with this morning. In fact, he didn't even want to go to school today and that's not like him. Emmett was wound pretty tight but was otherwise cooperative.
It took a great deal of time and effort just to get Elliot out of bed. It took even more of both of those things, with the addition of a great deal of patience, just to get him dressed and out the door.
We made it to school slightly late but it wasn't too bad.
Most mornings can't ever be described as *easy *and today is no exception to that rule. I don't know what got into Elliott but he lost some screen time this after as a result.
Hopefully, the school will be returning my kids in a good mood.. ☺
