Isolation is something that can be difficult to avoid for many #Autism families

So we made it to my parents and no sooner than we arrive, Emmett goes down with a tummyache.

Thankfully, it was short lived and he recovered from whatever was bothering him but we almost had to pull the plug on our plans.

As it stands, Emmett's feeling better again and everyone's having a great time. I'm making a significant effort to ensure that the boys and I never find ourselves isolated, if it can be avoided.

It's proven to be a work in progress but it's been really positive...
