I've said all I have to say

I haven't taken a day off since I started this blog but for the first time, I've said all I have to say, for now. My sleep was ruled by nightmares and any sleep I've gotten today has been the same.

I'm going to just try and stop thinking, watch some mindless cartoons and wait for the kids to come home.

I'll be back..... I just need some time to not think.
