It’s been almost 3 weeks since I’ve had my laptop. Best Buy’s illustrious Geek Squad has screwed up and nothing that needed to be fixed was fixed because the order they have differs from the original order, that I actually have a copy of.
They ended up recycling one of my batteries that shouldn’t have been recycled and provided me with incorrect instructions, that has caused further delays.
I spoke with a manager, who was very helpful and once they get all this figured out, and assuming the laptop can be fixed, he’s going to replace the battery.
It just sucks because I need to do a ton of work in Photoshop and I need my laptop to do it.
It’s frustrating when things don’t go as planned but much like the rest of my life, I have to bend with the wind or get ripped out by the roots….
