I do realize how lucky I am

The boys were kind enough to let me grab a 60 minute nap this morning. While 60 minutes doesn't replace a many hours worth of lost sleep, it does make one feel much better.

I'm grateful because I need to be able to function the rest of the day and now I'll be able to..

I do realize how lucky I am to have this opportunity because not everyone gets them.
