How do your kids handle anticipation of Christmas?

It's been a really long but mostly decent day. The difficulties with Gavin aside, everyone's doing pretty well considering it's only 5 days until Christmas.

The boys and I went grocery shopping this afternoon and that went largely without any hiccups. ☺

We kept busy this afternoon and made some progress around the house.

Anxiety for Christmas day is really starting to take hold and I expect the next few days will be a bit more trying than most.

How do your kids handle the anticipation of Christmas or whatever holiday you may celebrate?
