I'm not looking forward to tonight. The reason being, I have to keep Elliott up all night so that his body is exhausted for his EEG.
Elliott is extremely resistant to this and is refusing to stay awake tonight.
It's a little ironic that he won't stay up late on the only day I need him to but why would I want this to be easy.
If I can't keep him up late, the EEG could be a waste of time and seizures are a serious thing. If he is having them, we need to know about it.
Elliott's scared and this is how he can exert some control over the situation.
I took a short nap this afternoon to try and prepare myself for the night ahead. I'm not sure if it's going to help but I've got to make this work.. ☺
