I’m really tired today and I wasn’t able to walk because it’s raining.
The last thing in the world I feel like doing is exercising but that alone means I really, really need to do it.
I’m going to hit the treadmill at least 2 times today because I really need to lose weight, plus exercising gives me a boost of energy and I need that as well.. ☺
