It's been a really good morning

The boys had a great morning, which is pretty amazing considering both Elliott and Emmett got up around 4am today.

I'm not sure what's going on with the early morning wake up lately but Emmett has been talking about nightmares.

My goal is to try and correct the sleep problems before they become routine or their bodies get used to waking up at that unholy time.
