It's been so busy, this is the first chance I've had to write

Today was crazy busy for me as I was pretty much nonstop since the boys went to school this morning.

I walked 3.5 miles this morning before Gavin and I went grocery shopping.

We came home just long enough for Gavin to eat lunch and me to put dinner in the crock pot. I was feeling motivated enough to cook a pot roast and I have to say it was pretty amazing. ☺

The rest of the day was therapy, therapy and more therapy.

Therapies from today will be shared via a follow-up post because they deserve the spotlight as well. ☺
