With all these new beginnings and whatnot, I’m feeling a renewed sense of hope for the future. Along with that renewed sense of hope, I’m finding myself once again focusing on my personal health and wellbeing.
Truthfully, I’ve been feeling rather depressed recently and can’t seem to avoid late night stress eating. It’s a will power thing or actually, a lack there of.
That being said, as of this moment, I’m back on the wagon.
I’m going to make it a point to get back walking or running everyday. I’m also going to trying winding my bedtime back to a reasonable hour as well.
I don’t expect this will be easy but nothing worth doing ever is.. 💪
