@Fit4Autism has already tracked 66,460 miles for #Autism

I established Fit4Autism a few years ago with the idea of raising Autism Awareness while encouraging Special Needs parents to focus on their health, one step at a time. 

I haven’t looked at the total mileage in a long time but I did yesterday and this is what I found.  (See image below)

This is absolutely amazing. 

Fit4Autism has members all around the globe and we use Endomondo to track out workouts.  Endomondo is a free app for just about every smartphone and tablet on the market.

I just wanted to share our progress and invite everyone to join the Fit4Autism team and take the steps to not only raise Autism Awareness  but also improve your personal health. 

Anyone can join and all are encouraged to do so.
