#TBT - The Journey begins with a beautiful moment

I know I'm a bit tardy to the party on this but better late than never. For today's Throwback Thursday, I wanted to share a moment that I captured, at the beginning our our journey with Mr. Emmett John.

This picture was taken shortly after Lizze and Emmett came home from the hospital for the very first time.

Elliott had already formed a bond with Emmett from the times he used to lay his head on Lizze's stomach and get kicked by the still in utero. For the very first time, Elliott was able to lay with Emmett and actually touch him.

It was a beautiful moment that I will treasure for always. :-)
