I walked in the rain this morning. One of my favorite things to do is walk the track at the park with my Mom. She called this morning and asked if I wanted to try and get in a few miles while the rain had stopped.
Walking is something that helps me to get centered and after the last 24 hours, I needed to get centered.
By the time I got to the park, it was pouring down rain.
We decided that we would try and tough it out. The rain never really slowed down but we squeezed out almost 3.25 miles.
I felt so much better after the walk. Obviously, nothing was fixed and everything still sucks but there is always some perspective that can be gained from removing yourself from situation that your too close to.

I hope you don’t take offense to the term, but now “Fool in the rain” is running through my head.
You’re efforts encourage me to get out and move more. What software / app / whatever are you using to track your walking? I am also trying to figure out what the bar graph on the bottom represents. Well, why 19 is lower than 17, but higher than 15 is what left me puzzled…
