The 1st Day of School 2013/2014

The boys had fantastic days at school today.  Elliott and Gavin did amazing.

While Lizze and I were signing the IEP paperwork, the kids came into the office.  When Emmett walked in and saw us, he began sobbing.  It wasn't his typical cry either.

It was like his body was so overwhelmed that he had to purge and purge he did.  He did so for almost 20 minutes.

He did really well today but apparently he made a mistake while writing his name in art class, right before he was brought to us in the office.  Eventually, he told us that he had made a mistake and was upset with himself.

I think he was just overwhelmed by everything today and his little soul could only take so much.

Either way, he's excited to return in the morning, and that's a good thing.  :-)
