I have forgotten to do my Wednesday Weigh-in the last couple of weeks. I suppose I’ve been too preoccupied with other things.
Anyway, I stepped onto the scale today and BAM. I’m down to 284 lbs.
I began my weight-loss journey about a month a go, after tipping the scales at 305lbs. I’m officially down 21 lbs. I’m so excited to be getting somewhere with this. I’m excited to be getting my health back.
I also can’t weight (get it) to step on the scale next Wednesday.
