It's been a little while since I've last updated you as to the status of our current status.
First let me thank you all for the out pouring if support. It's quite humbling to know that so many if you care. Thank you.
As for our current status.....
We've not had any contact with Child Protective Services is well over a week. The last phone call I received had us in a pretty good spot.
At this point, I don't think they believe the allegations that we don't take our kids to the doctors.
However, they are still waiting to here back from the Cleveland Clinic and Akron Children's Hospital. I'm told that if those come back without any concern, the case will be closed.
When the hell knows how long this is going to take. I know that I don't.
Even though we've done nothing wrong, it's a helplessness feeling to be under investigation for being a bad parent, especially when you aren't.
That's where we are right now. As soon as I know more I'll pass it along.
