The original plan was that Lizze was going to rest until it was time for her appointment and then drive herself. 

Emmett’s not tolerating the car very well anymore and this would have helped to avoid the meltdown that would very likely ensue as a result.

Unfortunately, Lizze is in absolutely no position to to even consider getting behind the wheel of our car.

As I’m writing this, Emmett is freaking out and I’m very aware of how the rest of the trip is going to go. 🙁

Thankfully I got one of these (picture below) in the mail on the way out the door and I’m able to get Emmett something to eat……. for free.  🙂

Now we’re just sitting here waiting for Lizze to come out of her appointment.  Hopefully the peace offering of Wendy’s will help Emmett help him service the trip.
