What the heck happened here?

We were driving back from Lizze's parents house tonight and we noticed this hole in the side of a this building close to our house.

It looks like someone drove their car right through the outside wall.

Lizze and I don't remember seeing this before so it must have happened recently. I just thought it was interesting and thought I would share.

What do you think happened?
