Walking panic attack

We are one day outside of Lizzes migraine infusion and we are dealing with a few issues. She's physically and emotionally exhausted.

I'm not sure what's going on but emotionally, she's in a really bad place.

I think everything is finally catching up to her.  Right now she's a walking panic attack.  I'm really hoping that things will settle down for her on the short side of quick.
