I wanted to let you know about the phone call I received from the Cleveland Clinic yesterday.

Someone from the Chronic Pain Rehabilitation Program finally returned my call.  Apparently, someone was supposed to have called us already to explain where we stand. 

At this point, we have to jump through a few hoops, before we will know where we stand as far as insurance goes.

At this point, Lizze needs a PT and OT evaluation,  before we can go anywhere. 
These evals have to take place at the Cleveland Clinic and are mandatory, prior to her entering the program.. The very soonest she can get in is sometime in February, maybe..
