I had the amazing opportunity to review a few products by Enjoy Life. Enjoy Life foods provides a variety of healthy, allergy free foods.
As most of my readers are familiar with, Elliott is by far, my pickiest eaters. Not only does he deal with aspergers and a host of sensory related issues but he has also been diagnosed with a *tree nut *allergy. Suffice it to say, getting him to eat anything, can be a real struggle.
When I was approached with this opportunity, I jumped on it. I figured that Elliott might get a kick out of helping me test and review these products, and maybe, just maybe, he'll find something that he really likes.
I'll be completely honest with you, I wasn't holding my breath.
Having said that, I was beyond pleasantly surprised when the package arrived. As I opened the box, I found 4 bags of lentil chips called *Plentils. *
This was awesome because these are actually healthy snacks. Now if only Elliott would eat them.
I was even more excited when Elliott opened the bag of regular sea salt lentils and gave them a try. Not only did he try them but he ate the whole bag. He said they were really good. Emmett grabbed a bag and went to town as well.
Emmett actually ate the Dill @ Sour Cream lentils.
As far as I'm concerned, these are a hit with the Lost and Tired family...
Not only are these a hit but they are gluten free and free from the main allergens, including *tree nuts. *I can't wait to try their other products. :-)
