Last night, Elliott’s school had something called Mad Scientist Night. The theme was candy. Basically, the teachers used candy to teach kids science. It was pretty cool. Elliott and Emmett had a blast and the turn out was really good. I got to meet many of Elliott’s friends from school. It seemed like every time I turned around, someone was calling to get Elliott’s attention. As his father, it feels really good to see him interacting with his friends. It’s nice to know that Elliott is so liked. 🙂 Emmett did really well there and learned quite a bit. He was so cute and so interested in what they were showing him. My Mom wanted to go as well so she met us out there and totally surprised the boys. It really was a rather nice night. The evening ended with Gavin’s teacher, doing the whole Mentos and Coke thing. You know, drop the Mentos into the Coke and it shoots out like a geyser. The boys were amazed by this. Anyway, fun was had by all and the school did another fantastic job. Below is a small compilation of pictures for the evenings experiments. 🙂

Full time, work from home single Dad to my 3 amazing boys. Oh...and creator fo this blog. :-)
Sounds like a blast! Elliott seems to be a social animal. 🙂 A bit of Bill Nye-like action does us all good.
