Gavin was interviewed by the social worker and so were we. She was awesome, very patient and full of compassion. She also did something that few others ever have. She recognized that he has control over most of these things.
That has never happened before.
We have a tentative plan in place. If he's admitted here, he will stay for the time and we would locate a suitable long term, more intensive facility for him to be transferred to.
The hangup will be his health issues. That will be a challenge but they have some ideas.
We are waiting to hear if he will be admitted or not. Thank you for all your support and for following our story. I'll let you know when we know more.
