While I'm really tired and absolutely not feeling well, the boys and I managed to get a few things done this afternoon.  The first thing checked off the list was doing laundry so the boys have clothes for school tomorrow. The second thing was fixing the passenger side rear window that had been stuck a few inches down and duct taped shut to keep the weather out.  The biggest thing we did was remove the old indoor/outdoor carpet from our front porch.  It's been peeling up and was frankly, in horrible shape. The boys went to bed without too much of a problem last night. They even fell asleep at a reasonable hour as well. If you think that I would take full advantage of that situation and go to sleep myself. Well, you'd be right.  Unfortunately, I was battling insomnia until almost 4:30 am.  There was nothing I could do to fall asleep. I tried our bed, the couch and even went back and forth between the two a few more times. I couldn't fall asleep.  There were a few things working against me.
