We sent two healthy kids out, one to each set of grandparents. However, we get 2 sicks ones back in return. That doesn't seem like a fair trade to me ;) Emmett and Gavin both have fevers...This is going to be a long night. When I told Gavin he had a fever he started freaking out. I'm working on an update for Gavin cause he's not doing good...... I thought God and I had an understanding.... Only one sick Autistic child at a time... Clearly, one of us has forgotten our little arrangement... I managed to get the tire fixed. My dad came and we pulled it off and got it repaired. When we got mack to my house I went to pull the tire out of the back of his van and we heard this "hissing" sound. Guess what.....that's right my dad's back drivers side tire was flat. Unbelievable..... You are all probably better off just staying away form us cause we are just bad luck... I just don't know what else to say but our luck appears to be contagious......  Oh well.... Sorry Dad...but thanks for the help...

After a really long and really crappy day we finally got a small break. Emmett went to Lizze's parents for the night which means we will gets some MUCH NEEDED sleep. We sent Gavin to my parents because he isn't doing very well (I'll post about that later) and spent some quality time with Elliott. Elliott just breaks my heart because he is just the sweetest kid in the world but he is stuck in a really bad situation. He is our VERY high functioning Aspie. Most people would never know anything was wrong. Elliott is stuck between to siblings that are always struggling. He sometimes gets lost in the shuffle. I do my best to prevent that from happening but at times it happens and it breaks my heart…

So after the day I've had I didn't think it would get any worse... I opened the mail and found a letter from Canton City Police Department. I instantly felt sick to my stomach. I opened it to find out that my car has been impounded and is being "held for court"... They have charging me $15/day since for the last 10 days. It won't be released until I go t court. Here's the kicker. I haven't owned that car for like 8 months. I actually took it to a scrap yard early last summer and signed it over. So last night I left to go pick up Gavin and Lizze's meds. Driving down the road I noticed the van pulling sharply to the right. I figured it must be the snow on the road and didn't think much of it. However, it was still pulling when I hit the main roads. I pulled over and got out to look and sure enough I was driving on the rim. I slowly made my way back home as I was only 1 block from my house. I went in the house to grab the compressor and broke the attachment I needed to fill the tire. We have been in our house for about 7 years and for 7 years the roof has leaked.  3 years ago we put a $35,000 NEW roof on our house after we took storm damage. For 3 years now our roof has leaked. It's destroyed what used to be my office...and then the kids playroom. We even had new gutters and downspouts put on and still the roof is leaking. I was sitting here writing and I began to hear that familiar sound of water hitting the carpet. I just can't seem to win. I.
