I'm completely exhausted and Emmett's been up since before sunrise, screaming.  His mouth sores have really taken their toll on him.  This is the worst fever flare to-date.  He's miserable and unfortunately, taking everyone with him. Emmett won't take the medications that will kill his pain because even flavored, they taste horrible and he ends up throwing everything right back up. Which essentially makes things worse. I can tell that it's already going to be a very, very long day. At the time of writing this post, Lost and Tired is still down do to a server crash. I had to migrate Lost and Tired, My Life Beyond Labels and the My Autism Help Forums to a VPS.  This happened a few days ago and this morning, the server crashed.  Turns out the VPS with Bluehost is still in beta. Of course, I wasn't told that when I signed up and they sold it to me.  I'm actually a bit peeved about that but as I said, it seems to be working now and it's working pretty well. They did however inform me today that I need to more to a more powerful server already.  For now, I think it's working pretty well and definitely better than the last server. When I woke up this morning and Emmett was fever free and feeling better, I thought we were in the clear.  At this time, his fever is back once again and his mouth and throat are hurting as well.  To give you an idea of how much pain he's in, the hospital gave him a prescription for a form of liquid vicodin that's mixed with Tylenol.  I think he may have still been experiencing pain relief from that this morning because as the days gone on, things have rapidly gone downhill. He has 2 more doses of prednisone left, one today and one tomorrow. Because he was feeling better this morning, there wasn't a need to get him into immunology right away. Lizze was up most of the night with hot flashes.  Form my perspective, the estrogen patch doesn't seem to be helping much.  She's exhausted and miserable.  At least Emmett's in a better place at the moment and so life is a bit more manageable than its been the last few days.  Lizze is trying to sleep right now and I'm trying to get some work done but failing miserably.  The boys need my attention and Gavin needs constant supervision. I have to call Emmett's doctor and try again to reach John's Hopkins for Gavin.  I'll have to do that when Lizze wakes up, so that I can hide upstairs in our bedroom, where it's quiet.
