Today I've decided that even though, generally speaking, Gavin does not do good with positive reinforcement, I was going to let him play Lego Batman for a little while. While Gavin's moving at the speed of light, he's not misbehaving or really doing anything that needs to be addressed. Elliott's out with my sister, Emmett sleeping on the couch and I figured that letting Gavin have some time playing a benign game like Lego Batman on the computer, wouldn't hurt anything. Elliott will be running/walking in a 2 mile race at 8am tomorrow. He's so excited and has definitely been bitten by the marathon bug. He's going to be running this marathon with my sister Jenn. They went today to pick up their packets and Elliott got his race shirt and bib. We're only gonna be gone for about an hour but I think this is a hugely constructive outlet for him and I'm so glad my sister is doing this with him. Lizze is not having a very good day. She's in a great deal of pain and also very, very fatigued. She literally cannot stay awake. She suffers from Fibromyalgia and all that goes along with it. The weather here in Ohio has been mostly rain lately and the change in barometric pressure seems to really aggravate her symptoms. I always thought it was just the rain but I've been educated by many people with Fibromyalgia and they explained that it's actually the change in barometric pressure. Anyway, this is kicking her butt and my heart is breaking for her. She has tried to get up and come downstairs but falls asleep so I just sent her back to bed.
