Just a gentle reminder that “Kindness isn’t weakness. It’s the courage to care when others don’t.” We live in a world where we need so much more of this. 🫶♥️ One of the best pieces of parenting advice I ever received came at one of the hardest times in my life right after my divorce. I was running on empty, struggling to keep up, and my therapist said something that completely shifted my perspective: Meltdowns are involuntary and a sign of overstimulation. They're not a disciplinary issue or a sign of a bad parent. Be kind, patient, and supportive. ❤️🫶
