I woke up this morning already exhausted because I was up until 4am. Do you ever get that feeling that something is stuck in your esophagus after swallowing pills? That happened to me last night and I was quite uncomfortable and couldn’t sleep.

I started watching a show on Amazon Prime and a few hours later, I was finally able to fall asleep.

Fergus goes to the vet this afternoon. I was able to get his records this morning, so hopefully, it won’t be as expensive because we don’t have to completely start over.

The only other thing I have today is a meeting around dinner time. I was invited to do something that should help further grow the podcast. I’m kind of excited because this has potential to be something very cool going forward. I can tell you more about it later.

I have to finish up Friday’s podcast release and get that scheduled before bed. It shouldn’t be too hard as the bulk of the edits are already done. I’m excited about this episode because it’s all about helping parents prepare financially for their child’s future. So many of us feel like financial planning is unattainable and this company has fixed that. Stay tuned.

Outside of that, I feel like it’s a relatively slow day. I’m totally okay with that though. I’ve been under a lot of stress lately but this week I’ve been working on letting go of the things in my life that are causing me needless distress. So far, it’s going pretty well and I’ve been able to let go of some things that have already made me feel lighter.

I really, really like working on these things because I feel like I’m gaining more and more control over my life. That’s always a good feeling.

Anyway, I’m not expecting anything from the vet appointment but I’ll update you when he’s done.
