I thought I would share a few of the song that I listen to when I want to relax. I hope they help you as much as they have helped me. Please feel free to share what works for you. I’m always looking for new things 🙂

We all need to relax and lower our blood pressure from time to time.

I regularly watch Phantom of the Opera, for the music. The Music. <grin>

Not sure why, but it is soothing when I'm down sick, or not feeling as "up" as I'd like. I don't even have to be watching it for it to work. We also watch things like Paint Your Wagon, Sweeney Todd, Dr. Horrible, and Labyrinth, so I guess my kids are getting Music and Humanities as well. We end up having some of the deepest conversations due to the stories involved between and inside the musical performances. It's funny as hell to realize song Boy is creating as musical score to his play epics is heavily influenced by Doogie, Rodgers & Hammerstein and Bowie. <3
