This is totally random but has been the topic of debate between my wife and I. Feel free to weigh in and share your experience or knowledge.
Here’s the question…
How much water should the average person drink in a given day?
This is a really important question because how much water you consume in a day can have a significant impact on your overall health and wellness. The problem is, there’s so much conflicting information out there and it’s tough to know the good info from the bad.
The rule used to be, drink eight, eight ounce glasses of water a day. Now the new recommendation is to drink half of your boy weight in ounces a day.
I don’t know about you but getting 64 ounces of water down in a day can be tough. Now I’m learning that based on my weight, I should be drinking more 161 ounces of water per day. 😱
Today I managed to drink 72 ounces and that wasn’t easy but I feel good about it.
What’s your experience in this area? How much water do you drink in a day?
My minimum is 100 ounces, and to be honest, 72 ounces is way below where you need to be. You will be amazed at how much better a well hydrated body feels.
Do you find that hard to achieve?
Not at all. I drink all day long. I keep a 20 oz water bottle next to my bed, and the first thing I do every morning is drink that water to rehydrate myself after sleeping.
Cool. On a side note, this was flagged as spam for some reason. All fixed. 🙂
I noticed that it was awaiting moderation when I posted it. I posted from my phone, so maybe that was the difference?
that may have been the reason
