This has been a rough 24 hours.  After the freak storm yesterday, we were without power until today. We still have a shitload of debris and an entire tree that needs to be removed.  

I’m way behind on everything because without power, some things just can’t be done without power.  😕

The boys are going to their Grandparents for the night and Lizze had a doctor’s appointment.  Grandma was going to meet us at the doctors office to grab the kids but unfortunately, the car is finally completely dead and will no longer start.  

The pharmacy delivery guy was here at that moment and we tried to jump the car but it didn’t work. 

Lizze ended up having to reschedule her appointment and Grandma came here to grab her grandkids (which I’m very grateful for). 

We were going to go walking but that required us to drive to a safer place, so we could do that.  That’s not going to be happening at this point and it looks like a quiet night in.  

At least we have power and time to ourselves.  I’m incredibly grateful for that.  It’s hard to always remember this but it could always be worse.
