I’m just gonna cut to the chase and share that I actually slept last night. I haven’t been able to sleep at night for weeks.
Last night I was asleep around midnight.
I was able to accomplish this by taking a melatonin and falling asleep on the couch. Thankfully, everyone else slept through the night as well, so my ability to wake up if I was needed, wasn’t tested.
I’m feeling pretty okay this morning but still tired..
