It’s no secret that my family is going through a really difficult time lately.  I know that recently, the tone of this blog has been largely negative, with a dash of depressing.

Unfortunately, that the result of me honestly sharing my families journey.

That being said, I wanted to share something that I’m grateful for today.  The positive is often drown out by all the negatives we face every day.  Sometimes I have to really, really look for it but I can almost always find something positive to be grateful for.

Right now I’m feeling grateful because even though Gavin had a rough day behaviorally, his IVIG Infusion went off without a hitch

There are so many things that could go horribly wrong during and immediately after he receives his twice weekly IVIG Infusions.

Gavin’s health is so complicated just about anything could go wrong.

Today’s IVIG Infusion went smooth and without complication.  That’s definitely something to be grateful and thankful for.
