Elliott and Emmett had their Martial Arts Demo at school this morning and it was so amazing.  Emmett just melted my heart when he left his formation to run over and give me a hug and a kiss before returning to his performance.  It was simply amazing..

I had just put my camera down before this happened and I wish I had caught this.

Below is a short Auto Awesome video that I put together on my phone with the footage from the Therapeutic Martial Arts Demo today.

This is kind of a fun video summary of their demo today.

My kids attend Summit Academy Schools in Ohio and the school is centered around the Martial Arts.  The kids really respond well to this and my kids absolutely love it.

This helps them build self-esteem, confidence and also teaches them self-respect.  They learn to respect themselves, their friends, family and teachers.  I can’t say enough about positive this has been for them.

Again, the video is a hit silly but the kids take this very seriously, while at the same time having fun and getting exercise.
