I have been on the phone this morning with Chase, trying to work out an alternative arrangement to paying the balance of the loan.  I failed in my attempts to accomplish this goal and have exhausted my options.

I’m sad, scared, overwhelmed, stressed and worried but I’m not angry.

Even though Chase Auto Fiance is unable to provide an alternative to paying the loan off in full, I really can’t say enough positive things about them.

I’ve never really dealt with a company (aside from T-Mobile), that has treated me like a human being, throughout this entire process.  Chase worked with me when no one else would and gave me a chance.

Unfortunately, in the end, it was I that wasn’t able to deliver, not them.

I know without a single doubt that Chase went as far as they could for me and even though it didn’t work out in the end, I would recommend them to anyone.

I just wanted to say Thank You.  Thank you for working with me as long as you did. Thank you for making me feel like I mattered and working with me to resolve our issues.  I’m sorry that it didn’t work out.  I did the best I could in the situation I found myself in.

Thank you for helping us make it this far in our journey.

it does feel good when people that work for a company treat us like a human being. i am sorry it didnt work out but at least their attitude didnt make worse. I really try in my everyday work life to realize people have things going on that i dont know about and to be kind. it helps me keep grounded
