Guess who ate grilled cheese last night.  That’s right, Elliott Richard.  It sorta came out of nowhere.

Lizze had started to make a grilled cheese sandwich. She put it into the toaster oven and then forgot to turn it on.

About a half hour later I discovered the ungrilled grilled cheese and pushed the start button on the toaster oven thinking I was helping. She began feeling sick and didn’t want it, so I asked if anyone else did.

Elliott decided that he would eat it.

Lizze and I both looked at each other in shock.  But I’ll be damned, he actually ate it.  He ate it and enjoyed it.

The way I like to cook mine is on a Cast Iron Pan. I have my own Cast Iron pan for my own stuff, my stomach sometimes can’t handle food cooked in stuff with teflon.
