Sadly, Lizze was not feeling well enough to attend her family’s annual Christmas party. She spent all she had taking the kids to see Santa.
The kids actually slept until 7am this morning, which is unheard of.
Lizze is in a great deal of pain already today. However, she’s in good spirits, which I can’t imagine is easy to accomplish when one is in that much pain.
I so admire her courage and fortitude. She just keeps pushing on, no matter what.
Hopefully, she’ll feel better as the day goes on, Lord knows she deserves it.

Im sorry Lizzie didnt attend the party. I had hoped she would go and get a “break” even if for a short time. I do hope she feels better soon.
On a different note, Im wondering if she ever took nuvigil or provigil. These meds help sleep disorders. I was sleeping until somedays 7pm. There was also a period of time when I slept 22 hours straight. The nuvigil has been a godsend for me. Just thought Id share that and if shes never taken it, it may be worth researching.

During my Great Headache Crisis I used to say, “Every time I say I can’t take any more of this, it turns out I can.” Never did figure out whether that was an optimistic or a pessimistic statement.
