I woke up this morning and was feeling stressed out and overwhelmed. Work can be stressful sometimes, for a number of reasons. I’m rebuilding and growing, all at the same time. I’m one person doing the job of multiple people and that can be difficult.

Something new I’ve gotten into recently is positive affirmations. This morning, I really had to push myself to do this but I’ll be damned if it didn’t work.

I picked up several new clients and had a fantastic business day. I recorded two great interviews today as well. I’m super stoked because the good news didn’t end there. I mentioned that I moved my podcast to a new server. It’s not something my audience will notice but it’s making a big difference. I’ve been waiting to find out if I’ve been accepted into the Spotify Audience Network which is related to monetization of my podcast. It’s one of the reasons I’ve been remastering all four seasons and I can explain more about that later.

I was notified today that I was accepted and effective immediately, you will begin hearing all the new sponsors advertising at the beginning, middle, and end of each episode. They are short, sweet, professionally done, and from big name companies. I’m so excited because this makes things so much easier for me.

It truly has been a good day. It started out rough for me but the Universe provided and I’m so grateful.

I don’t know what it is about positive affirmations, but they really are helpful. I’m so glad I have someone to teach me these things. I’m learning so much and I want to share some of this with my kids because I think they would benefit as well.

I totally felt weird doing affirmations at first but I’ve seen the benefits and I’m a firm believer.
