The boys have left to spend the day with their Grandparents. I think they’re going swimming and they’ll enjoy that.

Lizze and I are going to just relax this afternoon. Perhaps we’ll go for a walk or something later on. We do have a few things we need to get done in order to be ready for the new school week.

I’m looking forward to a quiet day.

Curious, why don’t you and Lizze ever go to the pool with them? Even if you don’t swim, wouldn’t you enjoy seeing the boys have a great time?

Rob Gorski

Kim,

I mean no offense to by this, so please don’t take it that way. The reason we don’t, just as many others in our shoes wouldn’t, is because we only get so many breaks and we have to take advantage of every single one we can get.

No offense taken and I certainly understand, but you get a decent number of breaks, especially with the Es back in school. I just thought watching the boys swim and splash around would be fun. 🙂 I personally love to swim so take any chance I can to get in the water.

Kim,

I assure you, the breaks we get are amazing but our lives are such that we could get a break every other day and still not be enough to truly make an impact on our level or exhaustion and stress. I get what you’re saying though. 🙂

A quiet day sounds like it would be great for you all.
