Elliott had a rough start to the day and is continuing using that trend after school. He’s not spoiled and he’s an amazing kid but for some reason, he has no tolerance for anything being outside of his control. 

Lizze and I are being very consistent with everything, in order to help work through this hut nothing seems to help. 

Puberty is probably playing a factor, as is anxiety and the way he processes the world. Having said that, it feels that there’s at least some elements of choice involved as well. 

Dr. Pattie has told us to make sure that we remain consistent and united. That makes sense and we’ve always been that way anyway. 

I’m so overwhelmed this afternoon. Some of it is kid related and some of it isn’t.  Perhaps I’ll share more on this later..
