This is something that’s obviously very confidential and frankly, I didn’t even know was a real thing. The Disability Scoop shared an article about how the FDA is looking to ban devices, used to shock people with special needs. These are used for behavioral modification, from what I understand.
My question to you is should devices that shock be legal to use on people with special needs? Is the FDA over stepping their bounds or should this never have been legal in the first place?
